Meet Our Leadership

Florian Hebras

President & Chief Executive Officer

Florian Hebras is President and CEO of Regal Technology Partners. He leads RTP as an AI-enabled defense electronics manufacturing platform serving prime contractors and government customers, and has championed the development and deployment of RTP.OI, the company's proprietary Operational Intelligence platform.

Florian brings over 25 years of finance and general management leadership across industrial and defense businesses. Prior to RTP, he served as Vice President and General Manager of an Avionics Division at Safran, the global aerospace and defense group, following multiple Chief Financial Officer roles across Safran divisions and earlier experience in the steel industry. Florian holds a Master's degree in International Business Administration.

Allen Ronk

Chairman of the Board

Allen Ronk serves as Chairman of the Board of Regal Technology Partners. A seasoned aerospace and defense executive, Allen has led multiple businesses across the sector, including Secure Communication Systems and Klune Industries, and concurrently serves as CEO of Denali Communications. Allen holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
